I would appreciate it if every HR professional could contribute their valuable views regarding Performance appraisal for the following points:

1) What type of Performance appraisal is followed in your Organization? 360 Degree or 180 Degree appraisal.
2) What are the points to be remembered while preparing an appraisal format?
3) What processes are followed for both 180 and 360 Degree appraisals from the beginning till the end of the process for any individual employee?
