Transitioning from Teaching to HR: What Practical Interview Questions Should I Expect?

I was in the teaching profession for the last 4 years. Recently, I wanted to switch over to corporate and general HR practices. As I have an interview with an IT company as an HR executive, please help me by suggesting what will be the questions they will put forward for practical HR activities. Since I have only bookish knowledge, I want help in practical HR activities and general HR questions.

Apart from general questions, HR-related questions will also be asked. For that, go through some of the topics, like:
- Some Acts: ESI Act, PF Act, Bonus Act, Factories Act
- Training: Types of Training, Induction, and Orientation
- Employee Engagements
- How to formulate the CTC and what are the components
- HR Functions
- Recruitment tools and types
