Finding the Perfect Picnic Spot for 150+ People: Any Suggestions Near Millennium Business Park?

I am working in an IT company as an HR. We have been trying to find a good location for a company picnic, but it is very difficult as there are 150+ of us here. Also, we are looking to have a picnic for 2 days and one night. Kindly guide me. The problem is I am unable to find a location where we can have activities and accommodation for 150 people. We are located in Millennium Business Park.

Why do you not plan for some outstanding trips? Two days are more than enough. You can go to Shimla, Dalhousie, or Goa. I think Goa might be a better option. Goa has so many beaches... You can choose one or two, and you people can enjoy there for long hours playing games and all. It would be much more expensive also if you are planning to contribute.

It takes more than 14 hours to reach Goa. Half of the day will be gone in traveling. I am ideally looking for a resort.

I thought Mumbai people ideally would pick up Lonavala!!! I have no idea... but Lonavala is not good enough for you???
