I want to know how to prepare salary statement along with contents like HRA, conveyance, Basic salary ,dedcutions etc alongwith their limitation

If the number of employees are less, you can do it in excel.
You have not mentioned how many employees are working, what are their eligible allowances, how the DA is related to Basic etc. If the number of employees are less than 10, better do it in a Register manually.

Hi Folks,
I have attached salary statement which I have prepared last month; I need some clarifications regarding the basic pay. Is there any format or formula to calculate BASIC, Professional tax, TDS etc.
Need to know how to form salary structure CTC.
I have attached Excel sheet with 3 different sheets of statements, kindly help me out.
