Need Help Choosing an Engaging Organizational Behavior Case Study Topic for My First Project

Hi friends,

This is Balaji, working as an IT staffing specialist in a consultancy. I am currently pursuing "Personnel Management and Industrial Relations" with Madras School of Social Work (MSSW), Chennai on a part-time basis.

I am in the 2nd semester, and I need to submit a Case Study in Organisational Behaviour. Please suggest good, simple, and interesting topics. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with a questionnaire.

As this is my first project on the academic side, I don't have much idea about doing case studies.
