I can suggest one great idea for fun at work. NowPos, a voicemail company, has developed a new HR initiative called STARPRO, which is a talent hunt site for corporates. It allows your associates to take part in various contests and games and be voted on by other associates in the organization.

I find it really cool and have noticed a perennial smile on the faces of our associates. The feedback indicates that the associates enjoy the service we are providing. Moreover, our on-site associates feel that this was a great initiative taken by the HR team.
