Is PF & ESI Is The Part Of Gross Salary

Dear All,
Request, if anyone can let me know that is PF & ESI ( Employer's Contribution is the part of Gross Salary or includes in CTC.

Dear Deepak,
All the statutory contributions paid by employer can be taken under CTC, it includes premium for empoyee/dependant's insurance also, where ESI is not applicable.

I know its too late to reply... I saw this post just now and am replying....PF and ESI (contribution by employer) is not a gross salary.. it is CTC. Regards,Kruthi

ESI&pf contribution ,statutory bonus,even gratuity can be part of ctc but not part of gross.
dear CTC is defined by company what parts they want to take in ctc.even can u believe some companies gives two tea in a day and calculate cost in CTC.
