Can I Withdraw My PF If My New Job Doesn't Offer a PF Facility? Seeking Advice

Since January 2006, in our company, they started the deduction of PF amounting to 700 per month. The PF account number can be continued if I join another organization anywhere in India. However, now the problem is, if I join another organization where there is no PF facility, can the amount deducted from my account be withdrawn or not?

Yes, we can withdraw the PF amount after three months from the date of your resignation.

You can withdraw the PF amount after the completion of 45 working days from the date of your resignation.
