Iam doin a project on employee relationship management, where i dont have an idea about how to frame my objective and questionnaire. I request for your help regarding my project work.

To syudy various components of Employee relations and suggest improvements wherever required
Components can be classified as under
1. Welfare related
2. Grievance handling mechanism
3. Prodcutivity levels
4. Work stoppages if any
5 Unions
6.Absenteeism
7 Salary levels
8 Disputes pending
9 Employee participation
10 Extra Curricuylar activities like sports picnics etc
Baiscally divide them into satisfiers and motivators and draft nyour questions
Collect data on stoppages, go slows Unions etc from records
