I am doing a project on employee relationship management, but I am unsure how to frame my objectives and design a questionnaire. I kindly request your assistance with my project work.

Are you doing this project for any specific company?

Objective:
To study various components of Employee relations and suggest improvements wherever required. These components can be classified as follows:
1. Welfare-related
2. Grievance handling mechanism
3. Productivity levels
4. Work stoppages, if any
5. Unions
6. Absenteeism
7. Salary levels
8. Disputes pending
9. Employee participation
10. Extra-curricular activities like sports, picnics, etc.

Basically, divide them into satisfiers and motivators and draft your questions. Collect data on stoppages, go-slows, Unions, etc., from records.
