How Can I Get a Work Experience Certificate When Employed Through a Third Party?

I'm still working in a multinational enterprise, in engineer department that is part of the core of the enterprise, because headcounts, they could not employ me directly, they did it intermediate a little enterprise, and I need and Work experience certificate. I need that in the certificate says that I'm working for the little enterprise and that I work in the engineer department from the multinational enterprise

I need the work certificate to state that I worked for the little enterprise and that my role was in the Engineering Department as a presales Engineer for the multinational enterprise.
