I have been given the job of devising a sales training module for a giant retail group specializing in consumer durables, telecom, and IT. With a target of 150 stores, they would need both sales and service training. Please help.

Thank you for the response. We need content but would also want trainers in some specific areas when this is rolled out all over India, as we would not be able to cover the whole of India.
