I'm given an assignment to interview an HR manager of a company to learn about the different HRM processes they implement in their organization. I have prepared some questions and would appreciate your feedback on them. Feel free to comment if you think some questions are irrelevant or if you suggest adding more questions.

I have tried to edit the questionnaire a little bit - see the highlighted parts. Also given in the attachment are issues on which you can frame more questions. It is certainly a challenging activity!! Hope it helps.
