This is in regards to know the appraisal format in excel sheet where in it should show all the details like appraisal date,rating,increment etc.

Thanks for your instant reply and one more thing i have prepared a excel sheet for maintaining appraisal dates, increment date and increment salary date and want to know from your side what more points i can add in this tracker because we dont have any software where in i can maitain these kind of details.
