How Do I Create an Excel Format for Appraisal Details Like Date, Rating, and Increment?

I am writing in regards to understanding the appraisal format in an Excel sheet. I need the format to display all the details such as the appraisal date, rating, increment, etc.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have prepared an Excel sheet for maintaining appraisal dates, increment dates, and increment salary dates. I would like to know what other points I can add to this tracker because we do not have any software to manage these details.

Hi,

You can add Sl. No., Next Due Date, Cumulative Increment Value, Date of Joining (DOJ), Level Achieved, Appraised By, and Appraisal Date.
