Hey Vasu,
Thanks a lot for the form. I was searching for the same.
Can anyone also answer my queries?
I want to know,
1) What is the procedure for the opening a PF account for a new joinee?
2) Some one told me that a company has a single PF account in the PF office in which the members of the company's, who have opted for PF, contribution is saved and he doesnt need to fill up any form for the same?
3) And when the said employee wants to with draw that amount, only then he's required to fill up a form?
4) When a employee joins, company fills up PF related forms form him. Are these forms kept with the employer for their records or forwarded to the PF office?
Please help me understand the process related to opening, withdrawal, etc of PF account...

IF an employee joins newly you need to fill up form no 2 Declaration form and issue individual PF account number, and submit the same along with monthly returns(5&10) .
If an employee wants to withdraw hihs accumalations he has to fill up form 19 and 10C ... untill and unless employee resigned from servises and employer shows him resigned or retiered in monthly retuns(5&10) can't with draw his accumalations that means he can't withdraw while on service.
Employees must fill up form 2 signed by authorised signatory of the company.
Company will be having a PF code number and individaual pf account will be given by Co
foe eg:
Co pf code KN/BN/3500
individual pf no : KN/BN/3500/01
