I have done research on HRA and am writing an article on it. Once it's completed, I will post it on this site. However, discussing the pros and cons of HRA is significant and requires a lot of explanation. Please do check this site as there were a few things on HRA that might be useful. Also, do a search on the web; I have come across Indian articles on HRA.
