How Do You Weigh Business, Learning, Finance, and Customer in an HR Scorecard?

Hi everyone,

I wanted some examples of various parameters that can be put in the scorecard. Next, I was wondering how to give weightages to the four parameters like - business process, learning, financial aspects, and customer part. How does the scorecard actually look? I will be really grateful.

Can I know what kind of scorecard you are planning to develop? Is it a balanced scorecard or an HR scorecard? If it is an HR scorecard, I could help you with some parameters. Let me know.
