How Can I Check My PF Status Without a PF Number from My Previous Employer?

Hi,

I wanted to know my PF status. I don't have the number, as the organization I was working with didn't provide me with the PF number. I worked with I Process Services Ltd from 12th Apr 2006 to 07th Mar 2007, and my staff ID is CO5949. Please assist as it has been over a year, and I'm still waiting for my PF.

Hi Gomathi,

It's simple, only two ways:

1. Better to go and ask in the company where you worked through a written copy stating your problem. Then get the feedback copy. If they have not given you the right response, ask them to provide you with the feedback letter from the office stating their reason for the delay.

2. Alternatively, move directly to the PF office (if you were in Chennai, the office is in Gopalapuram). Tell them the company name, through which bank they have been paying the PF dividend - better to check for the name of the bank. Approach the customer care officer or public relations officer.

3. You can file in the Labour court.

I want to check my PF status, which is deducted on a monthly basis in my company, and it's deducted from Mumbai. I have only the PF number but would like to know if any online facilities are provided. Please provide me with the details if available.

I have not received my second PF settled amount in my account, although I received the first payment on 25.06.2014. I received two SMS on 02.07.2014, one for the first payment and the second for the second from BT-EPFORG. Please do the needful.

Hi, my claim ID is MHBAN150200020708. I have worked with an organization for 3 years, and during my time there, they made regular PF deductions from my salary. However, I have received an amount that seems to be less than what was deducted by the company. Can you please assist me as it appears that I have paid less than what was deducted from my salary?

Hi, my name is Karthick Arunachalam. I was working with an IT company, and they deducted nearly Rs. 2571.00 from my EPF amount. However, when I checked my EPF account, it showed my employee contribution as Rs. 1800.00. Is there a problem with my existing company? Should I take this matter to the labor court? Please suggest ASAP.
