Could anyone guide me on the "Late Coming" policy? In my office, staff members are arriving late. We have already implemented the following policies, but I would appreciate your suggestions. If anyone could share a policy on late arrivals, that would be helpful.
Our office hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We allow a grace period of three instances of late arrival until 10:00 AM. Anyone arriving after 10:00 AM will be marked as half-day absent. Similarly, those arriving late (after 9:30 AM) more than three times will also be considered half-day absent. Employees are granted one short leave of 2 hours per month.
We have conducted counseling sessions, issued written and verbal warnings, as well as memos, but we have not seen much improvement in punctuality. I seek guidance on the appropriate policy for late arrivals to help us enhance attendance and discipline.
