i resingned from job on sept 2007. now i working with a org. they don't have pf facility. so i want to close and withdraw my pf account money.
please inform me what is the proper form for withdraw the money.
if possible pl. send the form format by attach file to my mail id(nkrajib@gmail.com).

For this u need to fill the form no.19(Employees's Provident Fund Scheme,1952) and Form No.10C(Employees's Pension Scheme,1995)
and you can withdrawl the PF depoisted to your account by your prvious Employer.

It is not mandatory to get a signature from your previous employer. You can also take the signature of your Bank Branch Manager.
And submit it directly to PF Department.

Are you sure about this..??
Since as per practice we have to fill both PF and Pension forms and send to our previous employer who attaches copies of challans and calculation of total PF amount and then submits to PF department for processing.
Please revert with the method to be folowed in case the same can be withdrawn through bank.
I am also facing the same problem since I left my first employer in 2005 and I have been following up with them but they are not responding. Your reply will clear the way for many of us.
