EPF Balance Check, Withdrawal Issues & Account Transfer - Assistance Needed

Please let me know the way to check my PF balance amount. My PF account is in Maharashtra (Mumbai).

I have applied for my PF withdrawal for more than two years. After several reminders, the company employee is not responding in any way, and I am fed up with this behavior. If someone can help me to get my PF balance or any information related to my account, it would be highly appreciated. My PF number is DL/224848/188. Later, I heard that they shifted the PF account to Haryana, Gurgaon, but I do not have any details regarding that. My email ID is nadeem_sdq@yahoo.com. Please, if anyone can help me out.
