How Do You Calculate Recruitment Cost Per Hire? Seeking Advice from HR Pros

A warm hello to all CiteHR members. I am an MBA HR student and have recently joined a manufacturing unit in Mumbai. I have been asked to calculate the cost of recruitment per hire. I have started working on it, but I believe that I need some assistance as well. If any of you have worked on it, I would request you to please share your knowledge about the same.
