Ours is a Corporate hospital, we would like to update our Performance Appraisal format. Can anybody share the models of Performance Appraisal for hospitals, hotels or other service industries.

Hi,
The formats can be downloaded from net. You have to spell out what traits ,skill sets and competencies are important for your company. I feel performance appraisal policy of each company has to do with its philosophy and needs and should not be replicated
Once you have identified the traits,skill sets and competencies, it will become very easy for you to develop a compreshensive appraisal system
