can anyone pl advise me if a proprietor concern and a partnership firm needs to be registered with the registrar of companies act 1956
or are there any other act under which registration is needed
if so pl advise

Hi,

Not reqiured to register under companies act 1956.
The partnership firm cant get itself registered with The registrar for firms & Society .
