I am sharing the Performance Management Formats which you will find useful. These formats have evolved over a period of 6 years of our efforts to implement and improve the Performance Management System - Performance Appraisal is one part of the process. The formats represent a few thousand hours of senior managers' thinking and are a product of distilled knowledge and experience. The formats cover target setting, evaluation of performance every quarter, evaluation of personality traits/role attributes critical for the job, aspects of training and development, summary of performance dialogue, timely recognition for good work done, effectiveness of training, and finally, the Annual Performance Summary which will help in decisions for reward/promotion decisions. The formats are self-explanatory; however, if required, I will be very happy to explain in detail.
