How good is it for an employee to work without an Offer Letter or any Resignation Letter in an organization? Is the Offer Letter a must to switch from one company to another? Is it okay if an employee receives a Resignation Letter when they leave the company, even if they didn't get an Offer Letter when they joined?
Which holds more prominence when we leave the company – the Offer Letter or the Resignation Letter?
