Dear,

It is very innovative to link mother with HR. One more thing I want to add is that HR is an overhead department. So, just like a kid gives some part of their salary to their mother, the same case applies to HR where some portion of all employees' salaries bear the cost of the HR department and provide the funds to run that department.

Please comment, is it correct? Am I right?

Hi Pankaj,

Good presentation, and endeavored to manifest the good resemblance of HR in mother. Actually, it should be like that, but truly speaking, it's not as it is.

Whatever we are doing in the organization, we get paid for that. Everyone is running after money in the organization, so how can we make any kind of comparison of HR with a mother? When you change the organization, it means that being a mother to the employees of that company, you are leaving your children.

How could that be possible?

Regards,
Hassan :)

Hi Pankaj,

I found this PowerPoint presentation on MotherHR quite complimentary to the roles of HR. However, a few more slides may be added to make it more comprehensive and compatible with the roles and responsibilities of a mother. I hope to see another PowerPoint presentation soon on the topic from you.

Hi Pankaj,

I like the way you have conceptualized and harmonized the feeling of mother with organizational development. It will encourage HR professionals who are contributing their ideas towards the development of an organization.

Cheers
