We are an NGO looking to implement an HRIS suitable for our limited requirements. Currently, we maintain staff records of nearly 300 staff members solely on Excel. We do not require any pay-related data in this system as we have a full Payroll software at another location in our organization.
Please guide me on which HRIS would be suitable for us and provide an estimate of the associated costs. It would be greatly appreciated if someone who has recently procured an HRIS and is highly satisfied with its performance could assist.
