Struggling with Unpaid Provident Fund Dues: How Can I Get My Claim Settled?

Dear Sir(s),

I submitted my Provident Fund and Employees' Pension Scheme 1995 claim forms to my previous employer, a Chartered Accountant firm. However, they have not cleared their dues to the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation and have not even submitted their annual returns. Despite my repeated requests, they have done nothing to settle my claim.

I seek advice on the steps I should take against them and where I should lodge my complaint. Please advise me.

You can always make the complaint, go to the PF office, and also go to the consumer forum; they will support you in this.
