Hr & Admin Related Formats - Jpg Download

I am new to the field of HRand Admin, I need some help in getting few templets like the leave card format, attendance maintainance and other general HR related formats. I would require almost all kinds of formats as this is an org. with just two people handling the entire HR and Admin activities.

For HR Formats, there is a separate section for FORMATS in Citehr - wherein you can do a search and you will find plenty formats which will be useful for you in HR.

we have just started a new company. its is project basis company mean we send engg and technicians to the different sites for erection and commissioning. i need to develop a evaluation sheet which can be force the team to be honest towards work.
Problems are:
Fake attendance
ignorance of work etc

I want to know if organization not providing employee engagement than on that circumstances what we can do as hr.
