How Do I Effectively Map Competencies for Different Engineering Levels in My Firm?

Hello friends,

I am working on my project in competency mapping at a software technology and solutions firm. The company mainly deals with oscilloscopes and performance scope. We have categorized the workforce into:

- Level 1: Software Engineer
- Level 2: Sr. Software Engineer
- Level 3: Tech Lead/Project Lead
- Level 4: Sr. Tech Lead/Project Lead

We have defined the competencies for all these levels. How should we go about mapping their competencies? Please help me with the questionnaire and the further procedure.
