Please can anyone help me out with reimbursement policy according to the grade, high position to lower position
which include th proper format with the travel expenses, food expenses,etc....

Our Company is into Pvt. Ltd. one of the employee joined on 1st date and left the job inthe same month end. he has put the resignation letter and informed as not comfortable to work with the senior andleft the job and Now Asking for his reimbursement.
Is company liable to pay his reimbursement with FNF and is he liable for His first Salary as no Notice Period serve for leaving the job.
