The fact is, if you are able to maintain a long tem relation ship, it says that you are a better human being. Believe me, no long term relation ship is possible with out small misunderstandings and break ups. Despite of all these, If you can maintain the relation ship, it truely says that you are a better human being.

HAHAHA...Thanks much for the compliment, Sonit. I got your point, in fact, many people said the same to me. But, HR is my passion. I know what all I have done to complete my MBA. So, I like to be in HR. Only HR...HR...HR.....HR...and HR, that's it.
But, believe me, If you can show a way for the person in need and under stress, It is the greatest feeling of satisfaction. PSYCHRIATRISTS are best at it and well honored profession.
