Campus recruitment procedure could be as follows:

First, you have to identify the best college/B-school in and around India. Find out the type of candidates they have, I mean to say, the educational background they possess. Match the qualifications with your requirements, and if they align, then proceed with the campus recruitment. Before visiting, you should inform the college/institutes about your interest in conducting the campus recruitment.

Engage with the placement officer of that institute, request the brochure, and also review the placement report. Prior to the interview, ensure you have prepared the company presentation.

During the interview, present to the students. Following the presentation, inquire about their interest in applying, so you will attract those who are genuinely interested. Then, proceed with your standard recruitment procedure:

- Test
- Group Discussion
- HR Interview
- Technical Round (if needed)

2. Written Test
3. GD
4. Personal Interview (3 rounds)
