Thank you for the prompt reply.

I need to design some exercises for the follow-up session on teamwork. I am planning to develop an instrument wherein all the participants can share the problems they have observed while working in teams. Once the problems are identified, we can have a group discussion to explore solutions for the same.

My only apprehension is, what if the participants don't come up with enough issues due to the low maturity level of the participants? If you have any better ideas, please kindly suggest.

I would appreciate an early reply.
