Need Help Crafting a Leave Policy: How Should I Divide CL, SL, and AL?

Hi All,

I have to formulate a Leave Policy for my company. We have already decided that we will give 18 leaves in a financial year, and the employees will have to accumulate those leaves within a year. I am a bit confused about how to break these leaves into CL/SL/AL, etc. If anyone can help me out and send me the format, I'll be obliged.
