How Many Training Hours Should Each Employee Get? Exploring the Pros and Cons of Overtraining

What should be the ideal training hours per employee per month/annum? What are the pros and cons of overtraining? Please discuss.

Depends upon manpower capability versus work expectations. For example, freshers are trained initially for full-time and later need to be upgraded as per requirements. Overtraining will definitely affect work. Control it.
