How Can I Create an Effective Performance Improvement Plan Project for My BPO Team?

Hi,

I am working as an HR for the past 4 months and have been given the responsibility to prepare a project on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for my team. We already have a policy on PIP. The only concern is that we want to streamline the procedures among all the assistant managers. This is a BPO with 26 teams, and as part of my research, I am surveying people to identify different procedures being used.

Please provide me with some suggestions on how to create an effective project, maybe using PowerPoint. This is my first time working on such a project. I would appreciate any ideas you can share.
