Curious About Group Mediclaim Insurance? How to Choose the Right Policy for Your Employees

Can you tell me about the group mediclaim insurance policy? I want to take it for my employees. :) :)

I have taken a Group Mediclaim policy for my parents in October 2008 by paying its premium from my salary. In March, I resigned from the company. Now, my question is: can I avail the benefit of the group mediclaim insurance for my parents after my resignation, or do I need to consider it canceled or convert it into an individual Mediclaim policy? Do I need to pay a price difference for the same? Please guide me.

I would like to know if you are single or married. If you are single, you can include your parents, and if you are married, then you can add your spouse and then your parents.
