I Got Dishearted

Dear Cite HR Moderator & HR Professionals...i am very disheart today when i did not see my email of "Definitely u will say...WOW in the top ten list today it should be there atleast for a week but it is not....my previous mail was also included in top ten for only 2 days ...i am very demotivated please help me.

This are the little things for which one should not get demotivated.
You should not be disheartened, instead you should post new inspiriting one.

Dont be Disheartened over this. Remember your posts have been in top ten, how many of us get that chance?
Your articles and posts are read by maximum number of people, so instead of getting sad you should be thankful and delighted.
The forum has a system, which it follows.
So keep posting and be happy!! :D

That is a technical problem,,, and no one is to blame...
u shld not worry whether ur post is in top ten or top 5 ,, or super six,,
just post what u feel

You should feel happy that your message was been viewed by most of the forum members and was listed on TOP TEN atleast for 2days. There are many messages which receives poor response rather No response at all....But you should not be demotivated for this. You continue your postings and you will surely appreciated for your good work.

Ravi thank you. Actually this is what i m confused that I see mails for at least a week and previously when same happened with my previous mail i remained silent but when now it happened again I am trying to clear it.

I assume you are posting articles to share your knowledge, If what you post is interesting, People will view or download in a day or two. So dont worry about the period it was around. I am sure you did not post with the intention of it being there for a fixed period.
