Ice Breaking Games which we can play on con calls?

Hi, I am a new member to this site. I am working for an MNC, and my team consists of 28 people, but we are not in the same work location. We are in different locations like Hyderabad, Noida, and Chennai. We also have regular team meetings not face-to-face but through conference calls. Here, I need your help. I want a few good ice-breaking games that we can play on conference calls or something because we do not get to interact with each other face-to-face. Please suggest.

Thanks for your response. I want games that I can use as an initiative in the team for team-building. These games should be suitable for conference calls where all my team members are present, or through emails, or any interactive method since we do not get to see each other. Our communication is solely through calls, emails, or messages with the team members.

I am not conversant with what is being referred to as a virtual team. There may be some games available on the internet. You can search with "Virtual Team".
