Break-up Salary Structure Including Pf And Esi? - XLS Download

Hi, I have joined a new IT company few days back , i as it is new company i have to design the salary structure where the employees will be getting the benefit of ESI and PF also.
t will highly appreciable if somebody can help me in designing the salary structure of the employees, like if somebody is earning say Rs. 7500.00 , 5000.00 , 3500.00 , please mention with all the details ( the break-up salary structure including PF and ESI).

Joy deep Thanks for your CTC Calculation but their are P Tax calculation wrong because of above Rs.5000/- the PT is Rs.175/- deducted & above Rs.10000/- the PT is Rs.200/- deducted. So please somebody else guide the what is right?

I have a got job in one company.
They have confirmed the payment details are as follows,
Basic: - 14680 (Per month)
Conveyance: - 3000 (Per month)
HRA: - 3500 (Per month)
Education allowance: - 1000 (Per month)
Telephone: - 1000 (Per month)
LTA: - 8840 (Per annum)
Medical: - 8840 (Per annum)
Bonus: - 10000 (Per annum)
Performance incentive: - 17680 (Annually)
P.F. (Deduction):- 750 (Not Sure)
Additionally 8 CL & 30 PL
Can anybody please tell me what will be my in hand salary per month?

The one which you have posted is not that clear... Again you have to mention is there any specific % on to the basic calculation in your company ?

Whatever information I have got from them on telephone that I have mentioned in the post.

I WANT A FORMAT OF PAY STRUCTURE STARTING FROM P 0 TO P 12 i.e.FROM PEON OR OFFICE BOY TO GENERAL MANAGER LEVEL WITH QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE TOO (IF APPLICABLE)..

Sir,
Just put basic 60%, hra 30% of basic and remaining will be special allowance.
