New to Designing Salary Structures? Need Help with ESI and PF Breakdowns for Employees?

Hi, I have joined a new IT company a few days back. As it is a new company, I have to design the salary structure where the employees will be getting the benefit of ESI and PF as well.

It will be highly appreciated if somebody can help me in designing the salary structure of the employees. For example, if somebody is earning, let's say, Rs. 7500.00, 5000.00, 3500.00, please mention all the details (the breakup salary structure including PF and ESI).

Hi Priya,

Thank you for the CTC calculation. However, there seems to be an error in the PT (Professional Tax) calculation. For amounts above Rs. 5000, Rs. 175 should be deducted, and for amounts above Rs. 10000, Rs. 200 should be deducted. Could someone please guide me on the correct calculation?

Dear Friends,
I have a got job in one company.
They have confirmed the payment details are as follows,
Basic: - 14680 (Per month)
Conveyance: - 3000 (Per month)
HRA: - 3500 (Per month)
Education allowance: - 1000 (Per month)
Telephone: - 1000 (Per month)
LTA: - 8840 (Per annum)
Medical: - 8840 (Per annum)
Bonus: - 10000 (Per annum)
Performance incentive: - 17680 (Annually)
P.F. (Deduction):- 750 (Not Sure)
Additionally 8 CL & 30 PL
Can anybody please tell me what will be my in hand salary per month?

The one you posted is not very clear. Could you please clarify if there is a specific percentage applied to the basic calculation in your company?

Thank you, mahr, for your quick reply. However, I have not yet joined the company, so I am unaware of the percentage used in the basic calculation. The information provided over the phone is all I have at the moment, as mentioned in the post. Could you please provide me with a brief explanation of what the monthly take-home salary would be based on this information?

Hi fellows, I want a format of pay structure starting from P0 to P12, i.e., from peon or office boy to general manager level, with qualifications and experience included if applicable. Kindly help me with this as soon as possible.

Just put the basic salary at 60%, HRA at 30% of the basic, and the remaining amount will be allocated as a special allowance.
