How Do You Motivate Long-Time Employees in Their 40s and 50s? Seeking Presentation Ideas

I am new to this forum. I have to give a presentation on motivation to the junior-most level of our Plant Division (an automobile company). The target audience is in the age group of 40-50+ and has been working with our organization for years.
