Seeking Feedback on Performance Appraisal Formats and Understanding KRA/KPI for Various Departments

Hi All,

Here I come up with PA formats for Executive, middle, and Senior levels. Kindly suggest your views and suggestions on the formats. Can you help me in understanding the KRA and KPI of Front office, Administration, and Finance departments?

Hi Madhu,

The PA formats are really good, but typically, in most companies, they start with a 180-degree feedback format at the initial stage and later transition to a 360-degree feedback for better team building. Good work done; keep it up.

Dear Ms. Madhu,

I appreciate your work that you have done, but it could be very simple if you merge all the 3 forms into one sheet. Please find the attachment. Nowadays, all MNCs are going for 360-degree evaluation.

In some companies, they have a PE process when an employee is undergoing internal transfer from one department to another as per the requirement.
