Dear All,

I am working in an engineering company as a Senior Executive HR. I have completed a Diploma in HR. In my company, we have SAP, but not specifically for HR. I am interested in pursuing SAP HR courses. Kindly email me the details at archu_ar@rediffmail.com.

Hi,

As a fresher, you should not pursue SAP HR as it requires at least 3-4 years of domain experience. You need practical experience in implementing HR processes. There are many institutes available in the market, but as a Government institution, C-DAC is a good option. They offer a full-time 40-day course with charges of 40K. However, there is no guarantee that you will secure a job in SAP-HR once you finish the course. You will have to work hard to land a job as a Functional Consultant.
