Dear Sir,

I am a new member of this site. I am doing my PGDBM, and under this course, we are supposed to do summer training with a company for 2 months. I am doing this training with ONGC Ahmedabad but not getting any appropriate project. The problem is they have all their HR activities centralized, so I am not able to find out what would be the best project for me at the asset level. Can you please give me your insights about this?

The project "EQ and Its relationship with role efficacy" sounds very interesting and is relevant in the current scenario. One of my juniors has done this project at Yamaha Motor India. I have his project report and related materials, process documentation files, etc. Let me know if you need that.
