Hi, you can avail of the papers by joining Yahoo Groups such as MUNNABHAI_MBA, ICFAI RAMS, and ICFAI DLP MBA. You only need to have a Yahoo ID.

I don't understand which link you are referring to. As for the new papers from April 2009, you can't access them. The ICFAI University has stopped publishing any new question papers from April 2009 onwards, so no one can provide you with the papers you are looking for. You should use the papers up to January 2009 to prepare for your exam.

Hi everyone at this forum.

Important information for all ICFAI students seeking past question papers.

No one has any papers for Groups A to F from April 2009. Papers up to Jan 2009 are available only.

Also, for your information, the courseware was amended, and study material and length of chapters have been reduced since Oct 2008. Question papers before Oct 2008 may also not be very relevant to exam preparation. Every quarter, there are new questions asked from the textbook. Some of the old questions are repeated, and by now, the questions from Oct 2008 and Jan 2009 papers would have been asked a few times each, so it's very likely that new questions would be asked for the new exams.

The university has stopped publishing and giving out question papers with answers since April 2009, so no one can have these.

The best way is to prepare from the textbook. Don't refer to the Study Guide and don't study from the Workbook. Workbook questions are pretty simple and mostly based on simple theory, whereas the questions asked in the exam are more difficult and asked from any part of the textbook. The key to success is to know and write through the textbook very well.

The key is time to find time to study on a consistent basis, like at least 2 hours a day, and it has to be a routine and a habit to succeed.

I am also pursuing my MBA through distance learning (ICFAI), so it's advice based on the info and experience gained reaching the final stage of the program at the moment.

Since we are all approaching exams, you may not get many answers from people. After exams, you will get whatever info you need, and you can seek help on any particular group or subjects.

Please, can you provide me with an email ID of yours where I can send you the past paper for Group A? When did you enroll for the program, and when is your first exam?

Well, right now I am preparing for my exams. Maybe towards the end of July when my exams are done, I can assist you with some information on revising and appearing for the exam.

In the meantime, read through the textbook provided by the university. The questions are objective type and refer to the January 2009 question paper, so you will get an idea once I send you the paper.

Please read through the textbook at least 2 or 3 hours a day, depending on how much time you have. If you can put in more effort, that would be good. Are you working? If yes, try and give at least 2 hours a day to read through the textbook.

CDs provided by the university may be useful, as some other students say, but if you read the textbook well, then you don't need to make use of the CD. You should also not waste time on the study guide. The study guide is a summarized version of the textbook. The university asks questions from any part of the textbook, so reading it is very important. It's about Introduction to Management & Managerial Effectiveness. Managerial Effectiveness is about business communication, how to speak, how to write, and how to answer or deal with your customers, employees, and management.
