Struggling with My HR Research Project: How to Tackle Recruitment in a Consultancy Firm?

Hi, all. I am Neha, pursuing an MBA in HR in the 4th semester. We have a major research project in the final semester. I am currently working in a recruitment consultancy firm. I am planning to create a project report on the recruitment process, but I am not exactly sure how to approach it within a consultancy firm. Can somebody please suggest some ideas about the topic or how I can get started? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, thanks for the concern, but sir, that's the problem actually. I really don't know how to carry it out. I have no details of anything. I am working with the recruitment and consultancy firm and was thinking to make a major research project on recruitment only. However, nothing is striking my mind on how and from where I can start it.
