Need Amajor Research Topic On Recruitment In Consultancy

Hi to all
i am Neha pursuing MBA (HR) 4th sem..... we have a major research project in the final sem.............. i am currently working in a recruitment consultancy firm...... i m planning to make a project report on Recruitment process... but i m not exactly getting the idea that how i can carry it out in a consultancy firm itself............. can u smbody please suggest me some idea about the topic or how i can make a start. that will b of great help for e.........

Well thanks for the concern, but sir Thats the problem actually, i really don't know how to carry it out............ i have no details of anything.......... I am working with the recruitment & consultancy firm......... n was thinking to make ea major research project on recruitment only.......... but nothing is striking my mind that how n from where i can start it

I m yojna doing MBA . I did my project in a consultancy and its a IT recruitement firm.and in IT consultancy selection process does not take place so my project will be very small and content is also very weak. Plz help me what should i write in the content so that it may become strong.

This is Manish Need your help for Completion of my Summer Internship Project for the partial fulfillment of MBA with HR Specialization,As currently I am doing my Internship in a Job Consultancy firm but yet, I have not decided what should be my Project report topic as i want something different from Recruitment & Selection as it is very common and outdated I want something different and relevant with my specialization and Can be relate with job consultancy firm.
