We Are Looking For Advanced Hr Professionals - DOC Download

Dear colleagues:

Originally from Ukraine and residing in the USA now, I am a co-owner of iTech Bridge startup company here(please see our portal’s presentation release www.itechbridge.com; commerce release coming soon). The company targets worldwide resource market (manpower, ideas, incomplete solutions, etc.) primarily for high tech projects and support business processes(BPO) from mid-sized businesses. We have a small placement agency that unlike others focuses on (1) offshore outsourcing and (2) employment from abroad.

The agency has a big list of one-shore, two-shore and many-shore outsourcing service providers all over the world as well as professionals that want to work abroad. On the other hand, we have only a few clients (project owners/employers) because our services are atypical and we don’t have a good connection on the Western high tech market, first of all, in the USA. It is the major problem of the company and it is why now, we are looking for:

-consulting/staffing firms with extensive business connection among Western high tech industries (preferably, not only from the IT field) for a strategic partnership,

- experts with a good knowledge of the Western job market as advisors/consultants.

You are staffing professionals and, maybe, someone could help us. So if you are interesting in expansion of your HR activity towards placement of outsourced projects and business processes overseas, we could offer you cooperation on share and/or commission base.

We will also appreciate any your comments and advices on our business’ model.

Thanks in advance,

Anton Tolchin

Hello Anton,

Your message interests me a lot. Are you looking to collaborate for staffing only, or also for software development? We are looking for partners in the USA to give us development projects and also outsourcing the HR (apart from recruitments), mainly the back office HR activities.

Let me know if you are interested, and we can talk more. My email is rakhi.deshpande@gmail.com.

Regards,
Rakhi

Dear Rakhi,

Thank you for your interest in the post at iTech Bridge Company. First of all, we are looking for cooperation with HR professionals who are able to assist us in conducting searches for companies in the USA or any other location that would like to:

1. outsource their high-tech projects or other business processes overseas,
2. hire high-tech professionals from abroad.

However, we are open to discussing any ways of partnership if you can define your offer in detail.

RakhiD mentioned, ""

Could you please explain what this means? What is the difference between outsourcing HR and recruitment outsourcing?

Thank you once again.

Anton

Hi Anton,

I was just going through your and Rakhee's conversation. I would like to clarify the situation. Rakhee is expecting staff augmentation, which means she will hire people on her payroll, and the hired people will be at the disposal of your works.

On your end, you are expecting a different kind of association, which no organization like Rakhee's would be interested in pursuing. You can expect such an association with startups only.

Thanks and Regards,
Arvind

Dear Colleagues,

First of all, thank you all for your interest in my post. However, there seems to be some misunderstanding. Please take a moment to read the post more attentively and review the attachment.

We are currently seeking collaboration to find companies in the USA or elsewhere that would like to:
1. Outsource their high-tech projects or other business processes overseas,
2. Hire high-tech professionals from abroad.

At this point, we are not looking for a special partnership to search for offshore outsourcing service providers and specialists. It is more straightforward. Outsourcing providers and specialists, including HR professionals, can post their profiles on www.itechbridge.com. We will contact them once we find customers or orders (projects, openings, etc.) that match their opportunities.

Regarding Arvind's comment:
Rakhee is looking for staff augmentation, where she will hire people on her payroll, and these hired individuals will be at your disposal for work. On your end, you are expecting a different kind of partnership, which organizations like Rakhee's would not be interested in pursuing. Such partnerships are usually sought by startups only.

Why do you believe that the latter option is only suitable for startups?

Thanks,
Anton
