Hi Geeta, you just need to visit IGNOU for complete information because IGNOU will announce admissions and other information for research degree programs for the January 2014 cycle. The last date to receive the application forms will be around the 1st week of September 2013. The entrance exam dates and all other information will be provided when you file your application.
