Hi, I have to do a project on work-life balance but not for IT people. Can anyone help me with a questionnaire that is reasonably standardized and also provide me with its scoring? I am awaiting a prompt reply as I'm running short of time!

Have you done any literature search on this topic? There is a very short and effective questionnaire to find out if there is a work-life balance at the link provided.

The questionnaire posted by Vaideshwari is good, though long and needs fine-tuning. For example, personal questions should be left to the end, and the script should be subjected to a grammar check (sorry Vaideshwari for pointing it out in a public forum). Also, you need to strike a balance between length and utility.

You can also take a look at Employers and Work-Life Balance and Better work-life balance survey, both found from a Google search.
